The much awaited first look trailer video of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming movie Don 2, has been released. The movie releases on December 23, 2011. Click to watch trailer.
The film stars Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Boman Irani, Om Puri and Kunal Kapoor, while Hrithik Roshan has a cameo appearance.
The teaser poster for Don 2 have boldly announced “The return of the King”, obviously refering to the last few lines of its prequel, where SRK says “I. Am. The. King”.
Like its predecessor, Don 2 has been written and directed by Farhan Akhtar.
Initially, a promotional launch event was planned on July 13 in Mumbai. Later it was cancelled and the trailer was released on the Internet today.
Reliance Big Pictures has bought the rights of ‘Don 2′ from Excel Entertainment for reportedly Rs 125 crore.
